CONDITONING
PERFORMANCE and FITNESS
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
200/150m Row or Ski
10 Pull-Ups
5 Power Snatch
10/7 Cal Airbike
20 DB Lunges 22.5/15
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Thus, Partner A will Row 200 meters, Partner B will perform 10 Pull-Ups, Partner A will perform 5 Power Snatch etc…
