Conditioning
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
250/200m or Ski
25m Sled Push
15 GHD Sit-ups
10m Walking Lunges
250/200m Row
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time.
Partner A will Ski 250/200m
Partner B will perform 25m Sled Push ,
Partner A will perform 15 GHD Sit-ups
Partner B will perform 10m Walking Lunges etc..
